Young Executive School – Terms and Conditions

1. Admission

  • Admission is granted based on successful completion of the application process, assessment (where applicable), and availability of space.

  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during admission.

  • The school reserves the right to withdraw admission if false information is provided.

2. Fees and Payments

  • School fees must be paid on or before the beginning of each term.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable.

  • Pupils may be sent home or denied access to class activities if fees are not fully paid.

  • Parents will be informed in advance of any changes to the fee structure.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Regular attendance and punctuality are compulsory.

  • Parents must inform the school in writing or by phone if a pupil will be absent.

  • Frequent lateness or absenteeism may attract disciplinary action.

4. School Rules and Discipline

  • Pupils are expected to be well-behaved, respectful, and disciplined at all times.

  • The school upholds high standards of moral conduct and character.

  • Any form of bullying, cheating, violence, or disrespect will attract appropriate sanctions.

  • Serious misconduct may lead to suspension or dismissal.

5. Uniform and Appearance

  • Pupils must wear the approved school uniform and appear neat at all times.

  • Jewellery, inappropriate hairstyles, and indecent dressing are not allowed.

  • Failure to comply may result in corrective action.

6. Academic Performance

  • Parents are encouraged to support pupils with homework and studies.

  • Promotion to the next class depends on academic performance and conduct.

  • The school reserves the right to recommend repetition where necessary.

7. Health and Safety

  • Parents must inform the school of any medical condition affecting the pupil.

  • Pupils who fall ill during school hours will receive first aid, and parents will be contacted.

  • The school will not be held responsible for illnesses or injuries not caused by negligence.

8. School Property

  • Pupils must take good care of school property.

  • Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence must be paid for by parents/guardians.

9. Communication

  • Official communication will be done through circulars, WhatsApp platforms, letters, or the school portal.

  • Parents are encouraged to attend PTA meetings and school programs.

10. Withdrawal of a Pupil

  • One full term’s written notice is required before withdrawal.

  • All outstanding fees must be settled before a pupil is officially withdrawn.

11. Photographs and Media

  • The school may use pupils’ photographs or videos for educational, promotional, or school-related purposes unless otherwise stated by parents in writing.

12. Amendments

  • Young Executive School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Parents will be duly informed of any changes.
